This Contract (the “Contract”) is made as of the date the Contract is executed by the State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”) (the “Effective Date”) and is by and between, EVSE, LLC (the “Contractor,”) with a principal place of business at 89 Phoenix Avenue Enfield, CT 06082, acting by Mark Zirolli, its Controller and DAS, with a principal place of business at 165 Capitol Ave, Hartford, Connecticut 06106-1659, acting by Paul Greco, its Contract Specialist, in accordance with Sections 4a-2 and 4a-51 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
