This SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into between Intel Corporation, a Delaware corporation, and of itself and its wholly-owned subsidiaries (“Intel”) and You. “You” refers to you or your employer or other entity for whose benefit you act, as applicable. If you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that legal entity to the Agreement, in which case, "You" or "Your" shall be in reference to such entity. Intel and You are referred to herein individually as a “Party” or, together, as the “Parties”.

This DOOM 3 Limited Use Software License Agreement (this "Agreement") is a legal agreement among you, the end-user, and Id Software, Inc. ("Id Software"), and A ctivision Publishing, Inc. ("Activision"). BY CONTINUING THE INSTALLATION OF TH E FULL VERSION GAME PROGRAM ENTITLED DOOM 3 (THE "SOFTWARE"), BY LOADING OR RUNN ING THE SOFTWARE, OR BY PLACING OR COPYING THE SOFTWARE ONTO YOUR COMPUTER HARD DRIVE, COMPUTER RAM OR OTHER STORAGE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

If You do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not copy, install, distribute, publicly display or use the Materials.
