This contract cannot be terminated solely for the purpose of living off-campus. This housing contract is valid from September 7, 2021 to August 31, 2022. The Fall semester portion of the housing contract will end on December 31, 2021 with the Spring semester portion beginning on January 1, 2022 and Summer term beginning on May 13, 2022. Housing will be open over UMR breaks and holidays, but some services may be closed.
