All capitalized terms used in this First Amendment shall have the meaning given them in the Agreement unless otherwise defined herein or the context hereof clearly requires otherwise.

This Sixth Amendment amends the Agreement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and together, the Amendments and the Agreement constitute a single revised Agreement.
