The Customer named on the Business Service Order Agreement and TeleSpeak agree that the terms and conditions on the Business Service Order Agreement and these terms and conditions constitute the agreement (the “Agreement”) for the provision of the Services selected by Customer and designated on a Service Order. Services may include any of the TeleSpeak products and services, including the TeleSpeak AnyWhere suite of communication and collaboration services, network services such as SIP trunks or toll free services, and Contact Center AnyWhere software. (each a “Service” and collectively “Services”).
