Please read this Digital Banking Agreement (the “Agreement”) carefully. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that govern your use of UNFCU’s Digital Banking services. By accessing or using a UNFCU Digital Banking service or permitting others to do so, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, do not access the Digital Banking services. If you find the terms of the Agreement unacceptable to you at any time, discontinue your use of the Digital Banking services. Your continued use of any Digital Banking service after any change is made to this Agreement will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such changes. The current version of the disclosures and agreements governing your UNFCU membership and accounts, including the Electronic Services Disclosures and Agreement is incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement.
