Due to Takeover Code requirements the underwriters are limited to holding no more than 19.99% of the Shares, with any excess being subscribed for Redeemable Preference Shares (“RPS”) issued by Oyster Industrial Properties Limited. The terms of the Redeemable Preference Shares are listed in Appendix One.
