This is a firm fixed price type contract. In this firm fixed price the Contractor shall complete all work, including furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services as defined in the statement of work. The firm fixed price also includes, overhead (including cost of Workers’ Compensation and War-Hazard Insurance, which shall not be a direct reimbursement) and profit, unless otherwise specified.
