This Turno Customer Referral Scheme Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by BLUBBLE PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having corporate identification number U29299KA2021PTC149203 and its registered office at #32, 2nd Main, Nanjappa Reddy Layout, 8th Block, Koramangala, Bangalore (hereinafter referred to as “Turno”, which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or the meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include its successors and assigns) and the individual or entity accepting this Agreement (“Referrer”). If you are accepting on behalf of the Referrer, you represent and warrant that you: (a) have full legal authority to bind the Referrer to this Agreement; (b) have read and understood the terms of this Agreement; and (c) agree to those terms on behalf of the Referrer.
