AGREEMENT between the Triangle Aquatic Center (“TAC”), a North Carolina nonprofit corporation that owns and operates the Michael Curran Aquatic Center located at 275 Convention Drive, Cary, Wake County, North Carolina 27511 (“Aquatic Facility”), and the Party as named in the Pro Forma Invoice (“Lessee”). The Pro Forma Invoice and this Agreement make up the entire Agreement (“Agreement”) for all Facility Rentals at TAC. The parties agree as follows:
