That the Port of Corpus Christi Authority of Nueces County, Texas, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, acting herein by and through its Port Commission (hereinafter called “Grantor”), for and in consideration of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration to Grantor in hand paid by AEP Texas Central Company, a Texas corporation (hereinafter, together with its successor and assigns, called “Grantee”) the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, has GRANTED, SOLD, and CONVEYED, and by these presents does GRANT, SELL, and CONVEY unto Grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement and right of way over, across and upon the property described in Exhibit A attached
