This Transition Services, Separation and Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Fox Factory Holding Company, a Delaware Corporation (“Company”) and Zvi Glasman, an individual resident of California (“Executive”) as of October 2 2019 (“Effective Date“).
