THIS TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this _ day of , 2020 by and between Disney Vacation Development Inc., a Florida corporation (“DVD”), and the City of Anaheim, a California municipal corporation (the “City”). DVD and the City may hereinafter be referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
