This Transcription and Captioning Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and is effective this 13th day of August, 2019 by and between TPUSA – FHCS, INC. doing business as TELEPERFORMANCE RAPIDTEXT (“TPRT”), a Delaware corporation, with its business address at 111 North First Street, Suite 201, Burbank, CA 91502 and Kern Community College District obo Bakersfield College (“Client”), at 1801 Panorama Drive, Bakersfield, CA 93305, with its principal place of business at 2100 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield, CA 93301. TPRT and Client are individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
