For many years the Police Department entered into two-year agreements with a selected company to provide towing and storage services. Historically, this was done through an RFP process. In 2016, a five-year agreement was executed with Glenn’s Services, LLC (Glenn’s), after a thorough examination of services required by the City of Faribault.
