The Tournament Host, the responsible party, must be in good standing with the Illinois Youth Soccer Association (“IYSA”) and must have more than 50% of its players and those of each of its sponsoring, partnering and/or involved organization(s) currently registered with an IYSA Competitive Member League from the time of submission of this Agreement through the dates of the Tournament. To host a Recreational Team Division in the Tournament, an IYSA Member Recreational League must Co-Host the Tournament and have more than 50% of its recreational players currently registered with IYSA.
