This Tourism Promotion Special Event (TPSE) Agreement is entered into effect the 28th day of December, 2015, by and between the City of Brookings (City) a public body organized and existing under Oregon Revised Statutes 457.010 through 457.460 and any assignee of, or successor to, its rights, powers and responsibilities, and Stagelights Musical Arts Community, (Applicant).
