This Token Sale Agreement (this “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your purchase of certain tokens (“ Dtravel Future” or “Tokens”) generated and distributed on the Dtravel Future PROTOCOL (the “Project”) and is an agreement between you and the entity that you represent (“Buyer” or “you”) and CASH PROTOCOL, a corporation (together with its affiliates, “Company”). Buyer and Company are herein referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
