This Participation Agreement (the “Agreement”) between LIT-Tipperary and just you contains the terms and conditions applicable to your participation in the Game Studio Ireland Challenge 2020 as further described herein (“Contest”). This Agreement shall govern your development and submission of an interactive game (“Game Entry”) based on the theme racing game.
