The approved grant amount, (“Funds”) must be used specifically for the designated purpose(s) of your approved Clergy Thriving Grant proposal (the “Purpose”), and you expressly represent and warrant that the Funds will be used exclusively for that Purpose. Approved Funds and Purpose will be clearly outlined in your approval notice. All Funds must be expended within one year. You must submit a written request to us in advance if you wish to change the Purpose of the grant or if you seek an extension should the Funds not be expended within the allotted time requirements.
