This FIRST AMENDMENT (the “First Amendment”) is made and entered into as of this 1st day of February 2020 by and between Humboldt County, NV (the “Customer”), and Dominion Voting Systems, Inc. (“Dominion”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware. Hereinafter, the Customer and Dominion may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
