This Software Beta Test Agreement (“Agreement”) is a CONTRACT between you (either an individual or a single entity)(“Licensee” or “you”) and Fluicell AB. (“the Company”), which covers your use of the Fluicell Biopen Wizard beta test software and/or service that accompanies this Software Beta Test Agreement and related software components, which may include associated media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation. All such software and materials are referred to herein as the “Beta Software”.
POLYCOM DEBUG AND/OR TEST SOFTWARE AGREEMENTTest Software Agreement • August 24th, 2018
Polycom from time to time permits customers to use Debug and/or Test software in order to gather information regarding specific reported issues in the applicable product which may enable Polycom to improve them or to allow customers to test software updates (“Purpose”). This Agreement sets forth the conditions under which Licensee may use the Debug and/or Test software (along with their documentation the “Products”) solely for the Purpose. The products are solely for evaluation use, and may not be used in a production environment.
