This is the Standard Terms of Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of July 1, 2007 (the "Standard Terms", and as incorporated by reference into a Series Supplement dated as of the Cut-off Date, the "Pooling and Servicing Agreement" or "Agreement"), among RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., as the company (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the "Company"), RESIDENTIAL FUNDING COMPANY, LLC, as master servicer (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the "Master Servicer"), and the trustee named in the applicable Series Supplement (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the "Trustee").
