These Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and License (“Agreement”) are effective as of the date that Riverbed accepts the Order (“Effective Date”) and are between Riverbed Technology LLC (or if Customer is purchasing directly from an affiliate of Riverbed Technology LLC, the affiliate identified on the applicable Order) (“Riverbed”) and the customer identified on the applicable Order (“Customer”).
