This Amendment No. 4 (“Amendment”) to the Tents and Accessories Rental Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made this day of , 2017, (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Glendale, an Arizona municipal corporation (“City”) and Pro Em Party and Event Rentals, LLC ("Assignor"), a Delaware limited liablity company and Pro Em Operations, LLC ("Contractor") or ("Assignee"), a Delaware limited liability company authorized to do business in Arizona (“Contractor”).
