This Telecommunications License and Right-of-Way Use Agreement (License) is between The City of Eloy, an Arizona municipal corporation (“City” or “Licensor”), with its principal offices at 1137 West Houser Road, Eloy, AZ 85131 and Gila Local Exchange Carrier, Inc. (“GLEC” or “Licensee”) dba Alluvion Communications, with its principal place of business at 7065 West Allison Road, Box 5015, Chandler, AZ (the aforementioned entities may sometimes be collectively referred to as the "Parties") and will commence on execution.
