This ED TECH SERVICES AND DATA SHARING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the 8th of September, 2020 (“Effective Date”) by the Board of Education of the City of Chicago, a body politic and corporate, commonly known as Chicago Public Schools, (the “Board” or “CPS”), and Online Education USA, Inc. with principal place of business located at 1831 12th Avenue South, #283, Nashville, TN 37203 (the “Provider”).
