This TEAM USE AGREEMENT (as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of May 20, 2014 (the “Effective Date”) by and between SACRAMENTO DOWNTOWN ARENA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Licensor”), and SACRAMENTO KINGS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a California limited partnership (the “Licensee”).
