The agreement set forth herein between the Tri-County Special Education Interlocal Board No. 607 and the Tri- County Educators Association constitutes terms and conditions of professional service for all members of the teacher bargaining unit. This agreement shall become effective July 1, 2020 and shall terminate on June 30, 2021.
