This Tasktop Master License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between Tasktop Technologies Incorporated (“Tasktop”) and the purchaser or user of the Products that accepts the terms of this Agreement (“Customer”). The effective date of this Agreement (“Effective Date”) is the date that Customer uses the Products. Capitalized terms have the meanings set forth in the sections in which they are used and in Section 11 below.
