This PARALLEL TASKING TECHNOLOGY LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is dated and effective as of July 11, 2008, and hereby entered into by and between 3Com Corporation (“3Com”), on the one hand, and Realtek Semiconductor Corporation (“Realtek) and Leading Enterprises Limited (collectively, the “Realtek Group”), on the other hand.
