These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Tag India Pvt. Ltd. or any Tag Group Entity, the details of which are set out in any Purchase Order (the “Company”) and the supplier entity set out in the same Purchase Order from the Company (the “Supplier”). The Agreement comprises these Terms together with any Appendices applicable to the goods and/or services being delivered by the Supplier.
