This agreement (“Agreement”) covers the products and services You license (or purchase) from SysMan AS (a company registered in Norway, org. nr. 915845045) (“SysMan”), unless and until we enter into a new agreement that expressly replaces this one. If You use the SysMan products and services as an employee of or for the benefit of your company, You hereby confirm and represent that You have the power and authority to accept this agreement on behalf of your company. Your company will be the licensee under this agreement. By purchasing, downloading, installing and/or using the SysMan products or services, You consent to the terms and conditions of this agreement on behalf of the company or entity purchasing the SysMan products and services.
