Billing and Refunds: Swim Team is an ongoing, year round program and billed monthly in advance in conjunction with Member’s Club dues, to the account information on file. Monthly dues will occur on the 20th of each month for the following month. The child must be an active Bay Club member to participate in our Swim Team. There will be no refunds or credits for Swim Team. Refunds may only be given under extenuating circumstances such as illness or injury with a physician’s authorization. Arrangements are made at the discretion of the Aquatics Director.

Team fees are charged on a monthly basis on the 1st of the month. Parents have the option to pay by automatic draft from credit card, checking or savings accounts. You will be billed for the season (April-August) as per your indications on the registration form.

The following is a contract for the Metro Marlins family to share in order to make every member aware of his/her responsibilities and commitment.
