Unless other terms have been agreed in writing, these terms apply to the SwiftStack Professional Services purchased by Customer as defined in the applicable purchase agreement, (the “Purchase Agreement”), entered into either directly with SwiftStack or via a partner company of SwiftStack, (a “Reseller Partner”). In each case, the services to be delivered will be detailed in a statement of work (“SOW”) and SwiftStack will perform the Professional Services in accordance with that SOW and the terms set forth below.
