This SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED NATURAL GASOLINE SUPPLY AND HANDLING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the 1st day of May, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between MARTIN OPERATING PARTNERSHIP L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (hereinafter referred to as “Operator”), and SOUTH HAMPTON RESOURCES, INC., a Texas corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”).
