This Supplemental Digital Production Agreement (hereinafter "the Agreement") is made as of May 16, 2018 by and between Motion Picture Studio Mechanics, Local #52 (hereafter "the Local Union" or "Local #52"), on the one hand, and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (hereinafter “AMPTP”), on behalf of those Producers listed in Exhibit “A” attached hereto, all of which constitute a multi-employer bargaining unit (hereinafter referred to individually as “the Producer” and collectively as “the Producers”), on the other hand.
