AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of January 28, 2015 is hereby entered into by and between RNS Servicing , LLC (“Buyer”) and David P. Leibowitz (“Seller”), not individually but solely in his capacity as chapter 7 trustee for the estate of IFC Credit Corporation (the “Debtor”). The Buyer and Seller shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”.
