Please read these terms carefully before attempting to undertake any of the above actions in order to ensure that You (as defined below) do not violate this license. If You are acting on behalf of another entity, You hereby represent that You have the authority to enter into this Licensing Agreement on behalf of that entity. If You do not accept the terms of this Licensing Agreement, You must not acquire, purchase and / or use the Software.
