THIS AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 14th day of July 2020, by and between Board of Sumter County Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as "Board," or “County”), whose address is 7375 Powell Road, Wildwood, Florida 34785, and A+ Environmental Restoration, LLC (hereafter referred to as "Contractor"), whose address is 4346 SW Hull Avenue, Arcadia, Florida 34269.
