THIS PRIVATE PLACEMENT SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT (the “Subscription Agreement”) is made on 13th day of September 2023, among (i) WeTrade Group Inc (the “Company”), the company incorporated in the State of Wyoming, and (ii) each purchaser identified on the signature pages to this Agreement (each a “Purchaser” and collectively, the “Purchasers”).
