The EULA also governs the relationship between you and vAIsual, Inc. (“vAIsual”) with respect to use of the Dataset. This EULA will become effective on the earlier of the date that the End User first uses or accesses the Dataset, or the date that End User accepts (either by clicking a box that states you accept or providing written agreement to) this EULA or any order form for the Dataset that incorporates this EULA by reference (the “Effective Date”).
