The undersigned (the "Subscriber") hereby acknowledges that the Trust is offering (the "Offering") a minimum of 5,000 Preferred Trust Units and a maximum of 226,406 Preferred Trust Units (together, the "Units") at a subscription price of $90 per Unit for approximately 83,333 Units ($7,500,000).The minimum subscription per Subscriber is ten thousand dollars ($10,000), on the terms and conditions as described in the Offering Memorandum of the Trust dated May 11 2017 (the "Offering Memorandum") and the declaration of trust dated as of May 1, 2017, as it may be amended from time to time (the "Trust Agreement"), and on the terms and conditions set forth in this Subscription Agreement.

The undersigned (the "Subscriber") hereby acknowledges that the Partnership is offering (the "Offering") a minimum of 10,000 Limited Partnership Units and a maximum of 600,000 Limited Partnership Units (together, the "Units") at a subscription price of twenty-five dollars ($25) per Unit. The minimum subscription per Subscriber is two hundred (200) Units, for a minimum subscription price per Subscriber of five thousand dollars ($5,000), on the terms and conditions as described in the Confidential Offering Memorandum of the Partnership dated October 25, 2018, as it may be amended and/or amended and restated from time to time (the "Offering Memorandum") and the Limited Partnership Agreement dated as of October 17, 2018 as it may be amended from time to time (the "Partnership Agreement"), and on the terms and conditions set forth in this Subscription Agreement.
