This Sublease of Premises Agreement ("Sublease") is dated as of May 1, 2009 (the "Effective Date") and is entered into among Star Medical Equipment Rental, Inc., a Florida corporation of Miami, Florida ("Tenant"), Internal Fixation Systems, Inc., a Florida corporation, of Miami, Florida ("Subtenant") and Flagler Development Company, a Florida corporation, of Miami, Florida ("Landlord").
