THIS SUBLEASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of February 1, 2011, (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Pittsburg Arts and Community Foundation, a California 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation (“Lessor”) and the City of Pittsburg (“Sublessee”). Lessor and Sublessee are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
