This certification (“Certification”) of Commercial Operation is delivered by [Seller] (“Seller”) to Portland General Electric Company (“Buyer”) in accordance with the terms of that certain Storage Capacity Agreement dated (“Agreement”) by and between Seller and Buyer. All capitalized terms used in this Certification but not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the Agreement.
