INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT FOR LAW-ENFORCEMENT SERVICES

By their authority under the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Texas Government Code, chapter 791, Collin County and the Blue Ridge Independent School District enter this Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Law-Enforcement Services. Through the Sheriff’s Office, Collin County will provide a licensed peace officer as a School Resource Officer (SRO) for a dedicated, full-time assignment in Blue Ridge ISD. Blue Ridge ISD will reimburse the County for the SRO’s compensation and certain expenses.
