THESE STANDARD PURCHASE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS are attached to and are part of a purchase order (the “Purchase Order”) issued by SVANTE TECHNOLOGIES INC. (“Buyer”) to the seller identified in the Purchase Order (“Seller”). Buyer and Seller are referred to herein as the “Parties” and each a “Party”.
