This StairMaster Asset Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of December 5, 2009, by and between Fit Dragon International, Ltd., a British Virgin Islands corporation (“Buyer”), and Nautilus, Inc., a Washington corporation (“Nautilus”).
