This SSR Agreement (“Agreement”), effective as of 1st of January, 2014 (“Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Illinois Power Marketing Company ( “Participant” herein) and Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. (“MISO”).

The Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. (“MISO”) respectfully submits1 for approval a System Support Resource Agreement by and between the Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri (“Ameren Missouri”) and MISO (“Rush Island SSR Agreement”). The SSR Agreement, submitted in this filing, generally conforms to the pro forma agreement in Attachment Y-1 of MISO’s Open Access Transmission, Energy and Operating Reserve Markets Tariff (“Tariff”).2
